A 105-sq. meter, 4-room, seventh ground penthouse condominium together with an elevator and parking on Ma’apilei Egoz Avenue in the Neve Chen community was bought for NIS 3.55 million. A 123 sq. meter, five-place, second ground condominium with an elevator and parking on Recanati Street in Ramat Aviv Gimmel was offered for NIS 5 million (RE/MAX – Ocean). A 154 sq. meter, 3-place, fourth floor condominium with a stability area, 14 square meter balcony, 13 sq. meter storage room, elevator and two parking spaces in the Blue Job overlooking the sea with a swimming pool, sauna, physical fitness area and tennis court in the making was offered for NIS 6.4 million.

A 254 square meter, 7 home residence with a 49 sq. meter basement on a 320 square meter good deal with two parking areas on Yamit Road in the Neve Dekalim neighborhood in the west of the town was offered for NIS 5.55 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Rehovot: A 90 sq. meter, four-room, 2nd floor apartment with an 8 square meter sunlight balcony, shared parking and no elevator on Hanoter Avenue was marketed for NIS 1.55 million. A 122 sq. meter, 5-place, fifth flooring apartment with a 12 sq. meter sun balcony, storage home, elevator and parking on Nordau Avenue was offered for NIS 2.63 million. A 107 square meter, 4 space, second flooring condominium on Hakerem Street was marketed for NIS 1.78 million (Anglo-Saxon).
