WASHINGTON, DC – U.S. Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) joined U.S. Sens. James Lankford (R-Alright) and Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) to introduce the General public Overall health and Border Protection Act to demand all COVID-19 relevant countrywide states of unexpected emergency to be lifted ahead of Title 42 is officially terminated. Qualifications:

This legislation prevents the Administration from ending the Title 42 emergency authority until at minimum 60 days right after ending the COVID-19 national unexpected emergency declaration.
